Im entscheidenden Satz lagen die Deutschen schon klar zurück und schafften am Ende doch die Sensation und gewannen die Partie 19:25, 30:28, 25:22, 19:25, 15:13. Am Sonntag treffen beide Mannschaft nochmal aufeinander. In Bremen spielen beide Teams im Rahmen der Weltliga gegeneinander.
