Jenson Button gewinnt den großen Preis von Kanada in der letzten Runde. Sebastian Vettel stand die letzten Runden als Führender stark unter Druck und kam in der letzten Runde von der Ideallinie ab. Das nutzte der McLaren-Pilot.
Michael Schumacher hat im Rennen von Montreal, dass längere Zeit wegen Starkregens unterbrochen werden musste, beinahe das erste Podest nach seinem Comeback erreicht. Am Ende reichte es hinter Mark Webber trotz guter Leistung nur zu Platz 4. Auf jeden Fall ein hoffnungsvolles Rennen für Mercedes GP. Nico Rosberg schaffte es allerdings leider nicht in die Punkte und wurde nur 11.
Nick Heidfeld (Kollision) und Adrian Sutil (Defekt) kamen nicht ins Ziel, Timo Glock wurde 16.
In der WM bleibt Sebastian Vettel weiter klar vorn. Neuer Zweiter ist Jenson Button.

Jenson Button wins the Grand Prix of Canada in the last round. Sebastian Vettel was the last lap as the leader and came under heavy pressure in the final lap on the racing line. It took the McLaren driver.
Michael Schumacher in the race in Montreal, that some time had to be halted because of heavy rain, almost reached the first landing after his comeback. In the end it was enough behind Mark Webber, despite good performance only to place 4th In any case, a promising race for Mercedes GP. Nico Rosberg made it but unfortunately not in the points and was only 11
